TR Designz – Terms & Conditions & Refund Policy

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the TR Designz website and any products or services purchased from us. By placing an order, submitting a design request, or making payment, you agree to these Terms.
TR Designz provides custom digital design services, including but not limited to profile pictures, profile rings, emotes, stream banners, overlays, logos, business cards, greenscreens, and other digital design work.
1. General Conditions
All prices listed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to update, modify, pause, or discontinue any products, services, pricing, packages, or offers at any time.
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including design details, reference images, spelling, colours, themes, sizing requirements, and any other instructions needed to complete your order.
TR Designz is not responsible for delays or additional work caused by incomplete, incorrect, unclear, or late information provided by the customer.
2. Products & Services
TR Designz provides custom digital design services, including:
- Profile pictures
- Profile rings and frames
- TikTok emotes
- Stream banners
- OBS and TikTok Studio overlays
- Greenscreens
- Business logos
- Business cards
- Social media graphics
- Custom digital artwork and editing services
Unless clearly stated otherwise, all products are delivered digitally. No physical product will be posted.
3. Custom Design Process
Once an order is placed and payment is received, work may begin based on the information provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for checking all spelling, names, usernames, colours, design details, and requirements before work begins.
TR Designz may provide preview images, drafts, or watermarked samples during the design process. Final unwatermarked files will only be provided once the order is completed and any outstanding payment has been received.
4. Revisions and Changes
Each product or package may include a stated number of minor revisions. Minor revisions may include small changes such as text adjustments, small colour changes, positioning tweaks, or minor detail corrections.
Major changes may incur an additional fee. Major changes include, but are not limited to:
- Changing the entire design concept after work has started
- Requesting a different theme or style after approval
- Supplying new reference images after work has already begun
- Replacing the main subject, character, business name, logo direction, or layout
- Requesting work outside the original order description
If a package includes a specific number of revisions, additional revisions may be charged separately.
5. Customer-Supplied Images and Content
By submitting images, logos, names, references, or other materials to TR Designz, you confirm that you have the right to use those materials.
TR Designz is not responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, or ownership issues involving materials supplied by the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse any request that we believe may be unlawful, offensive, misleading, harmful, or infringe on another person’s rights.
6. AI-Assisted and Edited Designs
Some TR Designz products may use a combination of design tools, editing tools, AI-assisted generation, manual editing, Canva, and other creative software.
Because custom digital and AI-assisted design work can vary depending on the supplied references, prompts, tools, and design requirements, exact results cannot always be guaranteed.
TR Designz will make reasonable efforts to follow the customer’s instructions and create a design that matches the requested style, theme, and details.
7. Digital Delivery
Final files will be delivered digitally by email, website download, message, or another agreed method.
Delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the order, the number of active orders, customer response times, and revision requirements.
TR Designz is not responsible for delays caused by third-party platforms, email issues, file size limits, internet outages, payment processors, or customer delays in providing information or feedback.
8. Refund Policy
8.1 Change of Mind
Because TR Designz provides custom digital design services, refunds are not provided for change of mind once work has started.
This includes situations where the customer no longer wants the design, changes their plans, chooses a different theme, or no longer needs the product.
8.2 Digital Products and Custom Work
Custom digital products are non-refundable once work has commenced, a draft has been created, a preview has been supplied, or the final files have been delivered.
If there is an issue with the final file, such as an incorrect file format, missing file, or technical problem accessing the file, please contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
8.3 Incorrect Information Supplied by Customer
TR Designz is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer, including spelling mistakes, wrong usernames, incorrect colours, incorrect sizing requests, or unclear instructions.
Corrections may be offered at our discretion, but additional fees may apply if further design work is required.
8.4 Faulty, Incorrect, or Not as Described Services
Nothing in this policy removes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Under the ACL, goods and services come with consumer guarantees, and customers may be entitled to a remedy if a product or service is faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described. Remedies may include a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation, or having the service performed again, depending on the circumstances.
If you believe there is a genuine issue with your order, please contact us with details of the problem so we can review the matter fairly.
9. Watermarks and Unauthorised Use
Drafts, previews, or samples may include a watermark.
Watermarked previews remain the property of TR Designz and must not be used, copied, posted, edited, distributed, traced, resold, or have the watermark removed without permission.
Unauthorised use or removal of a watermark may result in refusal of future service and may lead to further action where appropriate.
10. Ownership and Usage Rights
Once full payment has been received and the final design has been delivered, the customer may use the completed design for personal use, social media use, streaming, business branding, or promotional use, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
TR Designz retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio, website, social media, or promotional materials unless the customer requests privacy before the order is completed.
The customer must not change or modify the design once completed.
11. Portfolio and Promotion
TR Designz may use completed designs, previews, testimonials, or public customer feedback for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and portfolio pages.
If you do not want your completed design displayed publicly, please advise us before your order is completed.
12. Payment
Payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Orders will not be considered active until payment has been received.
TR Designz reserves the right to pause, cancel, or refuse work where payment has not been made, payment is reversed, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
13. Refusal of Service
TR Designz reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to requests that are abusive, offensive, unlawful, misleading, inappropriate, or outside the scope of our services.
If an order is refused before work has started, a refund may be issued where appropriate.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TR Designz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.
TR Designz is not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, OBS, TikTok Studio, Canva, email providers, payment processors, website hosts, or social media platforms.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that delivered files are suitable for their intended platform, software, or use.
15. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
The Australian Consumer Law provides consumer guarantees for goods and services. Services must be provided with due care and skill, be fit for purpose, and be delivered within a reasonable time where no time is agreed.
